Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Containers and vessels pictured are representative of size and quality, but may not be exact. Substitutions may be made at the designer’s discretion, but the look and feel of the container will be complimentary to the design.

Thimbleberry House reserves the right to refuse or reject any order at our discretion.

LOCAL DELIVERY

All local delivery fresh floral orders must be placed at least 2 business days in advance to guarantee desired delivery date. Hand delivery will be made on selected date within working business hours.

SHIPPING

Any fresh floral and plant delivery must be shipped next day. All other goods will be shipped based on shipping method selected. We ship all over the United States.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS

We want you to love the product you ordered. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out within 2 days of receiving your order via email at hello@thimbleberryhouse.com and we will work to resolve.
